Hola! Tacos and Cantina
Open for lunch and dinner, the new Hola! Tacos and Cantina will offer a fast food street food concept with Latin American and Mexican inspired dishes and drinks.
Themenu will include blue corn tacos, nachos, beef empanadas, tamales, tortilla soup and vegetarian tacos. The drink selection will include a list of the top 10 tequilas and mezcals. The restaurant’s salsa bar offers a selection of six house-made salsas and a wide variety of spicy sauces, as well as a fresh guacamole station to complete the experience.
A graceful approach? Guests can choose to prepare the guacamole at the table or make their own. For dessert, cruisers can try the new Mexican ice cream taco bar.
Indochina
The second new dining concept on board is Indochine, which offers guests a Vietnamese classic with a French twist, combining two different culinary traditions and styles. The menu features vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as family-friendly options to share with friends.
Menu choices range from green papaya salads and beef sandwiches to fried snails and vegetarian pancakes; there will also be healthy and balanced options. Customers can choose from sweet, sour, salty, bitter and spicy flavor combinations.
The restaurant also offers an extensive wine list and tropical cocktails.
Variety of restaurants
Butcher’s Cut serves the finest cuts of meat and seafood.

- The elegant Kaito Teppanyaki Restaurant serves Japanese dishes in a modern East-West style on two teppanyaki grills.
- Kaito Sushi Bar will offer an intimate dining experience where guests can sit above the boardwalk and view fresh sushi, sashimi and tempura prepared by sushi chefs.
